Grilled Sizzling

Meat Fajitas

  • 1lb sirloin flank or round stead - cut into thin strips
  • 1/2 medium green pepper, cut into thin strips
  • 1 tsp vegetable oil
  • 1/2 medium red bell pepper, thin strips
  • 1 medium onion sliced
  • 1/2 medium yellow pepper, cut in thin strips
  • 8 10" Senor Pepe's flour tortillas
  • 1/2 teaspoon Senor Pepe's ground cumin
  • 24 ounce Senor Pepe's Thick & Chunky Salsa
  • assorted toppings

1. Warm tortillas in a large non-stick skillet over    medium     heat for 5 minutes, turning once. Wrap in    foil to keep soft     and warm.

2. Heat oil on high and add beef, stir fry for 3 minutes     or     longer until tender. Add peppers and onion and    cook for     an additional 3 minutes longer.

3. Stir in the Salsa and Cumin then heat through.

4. Serve warm tortillas along side the beef, vegetables     and toppings, allowing each person to wrap their     own fajita.

Suggested toppings: sour cream, salsa, guacamole, shredded cheddar cheese, frijoles
